AMMO REQUIREMENTS

We will be using SASS rules for the event and ammo must meet SASS specifications.
(shot shell 7 1/2 or smaller)

(Remember to bring extra rounds for gun problems & extra fun)

WILD BUNCH MINI MATCH RULES �

Firearms:
� Handgun: Full size Single stack steel frame 1911 style semi-auto pistol in 45 ACP caliber.

� Rifle: No Rifle

� Shotgun: 1897 Winchester pump 12 gauge, civilian or military style.

Ammunition:

� Handgun: Minimum bullet weight 180 grns. Minimum power factor 150. Max velocity 1000fps.

� Rifle: No Rifle

� Shotgun: Standard velocity #7 1/2 lead shot or smaller.

� All other SASS main match ammunition requirements must be met.

Costuming:

Any SASS legal costuming is allowed.

Wild Bunch Rules:

We will follow the SASS End of Trail (EOT) rules

*LAWMAN DESCRIPTION/This is a DUELIST OR DOUBLE DUELIST class NO GUNFIGHTER SHOOTING STYLE ALLOWED

Lawman is a variation of Plainsman shot over roughly the same course of fire. It is shot with a big bore repeating rifle, pistols & shotgun all using black powder.

Rifle: Repeater .375 bore or larger using a period rimed cartridge of 50 grains capacity or more (i.e. 38-55, 40-60 Winchester, 45-70).

Pistols: Any six shot or more pre-1900 non-swing out cylinder revolver, single action or double action. Must use a 40 or larger caliber rimed or 36 calibers or larger percussion. 1878 Colt, Colt SAA, S&W #3 single or double action and La Matts are acceptable.

Shotgun: Any main match legal side-by-side or lever action shotgun.

REMINDER

Bring your extra rounds for the �I Bought It Matches�, after your first attempt at the side match. (First time through each side match, EXCEPT THE SASS SCOLARSHIP CHALLENGE is included with your entry fee. After that you can pay $1.00 per side match or buy a �Shoot All Day Sticker� for $15.00 at the registration booth.
